Terms & Conditions

Please note that Vortex do not provide support for wilful damage of systems (e.g. Viruses, Illegal Internet activities and proven misuse of software) these types of problems and faults will be charged at the current call-out fee which is separate from the set contract.

Basic contracts do not include replacement of software unless it was installed by a Vortex Engineer.
